The International Animated Film Festival of Children and Youth "Constantine’s gold coin" is organized to celebrate the anniversary - 1700 years since the signing of the Edict of Milan. Festival organizers are Association for Youth "ANIMA Nis" and Studio for animated film 98 from Nis. Festival starts on 9th August 2013th , parallel with the International colony of animated film for children and youth "Pantelej 2013" and will last for two days. The right to participate in the Festival have all animated films, regardless of the techniques, which have the theme: • Life and work of the Constantine the Great • Edict of Milan • Religious tolerance Length of an animated film can be from one to thirty minutes, and by age the author has to be from 8 to 18 years old.
